Happy New Year to you and yours! A day after the Rev. Martin Luther King holiday, I'm reminded that a dream comes with sacrifice and commitment. Nothing in life comes easy and as you get older sometimes dreams become harder to obtain. Giving up for me is not an option. Giving up for you shouldn't be either. Make adjustments and realign your goals to fit your current situation and believe that all things are possible. I had to put together a short reel highlighting some of my moments as a host over the past 8 years. This reel features R&B artist Amerie, Steele from the Brooklyn rap duo Smif & Wesson, Bad Boy Entertainment CEO and artist Diddy, female vocalist Dawn from Dirty Money and Danity Kane and G-Unit artist Lloyd Banks. The final portion of the reel is footage from me hosting the hit off-Broadway play 'Platanos & Collard Greens' from my Alma Mata New Jersey City University. It's 2013. Things have changed drastically in the world since I started this blog in 2008. The one thing that remains the same is my passion and love for what I do. If I have inspired one person to follow out their goals and be successful, I am pleased with that. D. BAIL/MUSIC CHOICE REEL (EXTENDED)

"Late night on the Grustle as usual! November is here and the end of the year has caught up with us. Thanksgiving & Christmas right around the corner. 2011 already? I feel as though I'm running a race getting closer to that finish line. In order to be remain successful one needs to build a strong track record wherever they go. Thats why I interned for 5 years no complaints and worked on my craft DAILY with different companies. It was never easy and it never will be! Enjoy the great moments and unforgetable individuals along the way. I was blessed to be on an award winning show and I will always appreciate the opportunties God allows me to have. Honestly I can't take to much credit for it. One thing I learned about Micheal Jackson in his death and watching all of his old footage is --- he remained humble. To me that is one of the factors that has kept me with chances to show my talent.
I'm not chasing a dollar, I'm just doing what I love -- entertaining you all. There were folks around me during this time that really wanted to see me win. I still say to them thank you.
